When these terms apply
These terms apply to the English pages of fisocial.vn and to the English video courses offered by Ival & Partners. By asking to enrol, paying a course fee or using a course account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.
What we provide
We provide recorded video courses on trading. Ival teaches the lessons in English, and each module comes with the slide deck used in it. There are no live classes. Courses are watched through a personal viewing account that we create for you.
Access to a course you bought has no set end date. If we ever stop offering a course, we will tell you in advance.
These are short skills courses. They are not part of any national education system, and we do not issue degrees, professional licences or any document with equivalent legal standing.
Enrolment and payment
You enrol by messaging us through the contact page. Fees are listed in USDT on each course page and are paid in USDT. Before you pay, we confirm the course, the fee, the network and the wallet address with you directly. Your account is created once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
Send payment only on the network we confirm. A transfer sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be impossible to recover, and we cannot refund funds we did not receive. Network fees for your payment are yours to pay. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
Please give accurate details when you enrol. We may refuse or cancel an enrolment based on false information.
Refunds
Refunds depend on when your access opened. The full terms are in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your account is for you alone
Each viewing account is for one person. Do not share your login details, and do not let anyone else watch through your account. We may suspend an account that is clearly being shared.
Course content belongs to Mr. Ival
Videos, slides and other course materials are owned by Mr. Ival and protected by intellectual property law. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning.
You may not download, screen-record, copy, re-upload, resell or share course content, or use it commercially, without our written permission. Breaking this section can end your access without a refund.
We do not promise trading results
Trading derivatives, CFDs, forex and gold carries a risk of losing money. No course guarantees profit or any particular trading result.
The courses aim to build skills in reading markets, managing risk and executing with discipline. Real results depend on market conditions and on how each person applies what they learn. Everything on this website is educational. It is not investment advice or an offer to buy or sell.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for financial losses or damage arising from how you apply what you learned in real trading. Trading decisions and their consequences are yours.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end the access of a student who seriously breaks the sections on account sharing or course content, after notifying you, except where a clear breach needs immediate action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with its date. If you keep using our courses after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute is first settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, it goes to the competent court in Vietnam.
