Privacy policy

What data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Who is responsible for your data

Ival & Partners decides why and how your personal data is processed, and processes it directly. This policy follows the personal data protection laws of Vietnam.

We use Google Analytics to see how people find us

Since 11 October 2026, fisocial.vn uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views, see where visitors come from (a search engine, a social network or a shared link) and which buttons get clicked, such as Telegram or WhatsApp. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends these figures to Google. We only look at aggregated reports and do not use them to identify anyone.

Ghost, the platform the website runs on, also counts page views with its own built-in statistics, which set no cookies. We run no ads, no Meta Pixel and no payment gateway, and the English pages have no online form.

If you would rather not be counted, block Google Analytics cookies in your browser or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works the same either way.

Reading the website tells us nothing about who you are. Your name and contact details only reach us when you message us or buy a course. If we add other analytics tools or online payment, we will update this policy before they start working.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health, religion, political views or biometric data. Please do not send it to us.

A note on blockchain payments

USDT transfers are recorded on a public blockchain. The transaction and the wallet addresses involved are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else. What we keep private is the link between that transaction and you.

What we use your data for

  • Answering your questions and confirming your enrolment and payment.
  • Creating your viewing account and supporting you while you study.
  • Handling refund requests.
  • Meeting legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records and responding to written requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Who we share it with

  • The messaging apps you use to contact us, Telegram or WhatsApp, which process data under their own policies alongside this one.
  • The service that hosts the course videos and your viewing account, only as needed to give you access.
  • Competent authorities, when the law requires it.

Website visit statistics collected by Google Analytics are processed on Google's infrastructure under Google's own policy.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and account data while you have access to a course, and for as long as needed to resolve any issue afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it. Accounting records of payments are kept for as long as Vietnamese accounting law requires.

Your rights

  • To know what data of yours we process and why.
  • To give or refuse consent to that processing.
  • To access and correct your data, or ask for a copy.
  • To withdraw consent. This does not affect processing already done before you withdrew.
  • To ask us to delete your data, except records the law requires us to keep. Deleting your account data ends your access to the courses.
  • To object to your data being used to tell you about new courses.
  • To complain under the applicable law.

To use these rights, contact us through our contact page. We reply within 72 hours of confirming that you are the person the data belongs to, unless a complex request needs more time under the law.

Age

Our English courses are for adults aged 18 and over.

How we protect your data

The whole website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people who handle enquiries, access or accounting can see student data, and only as their work requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach exposes personal data, we will notify the competent authorities as Vietnamese law requires, and the people affected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the law or the way we work changes. The latest version is always on this page, with its date.
