How refunds are measured
Our English courses are delivered as recorded video lessons and slides. Once access to a course is open, the lessons are in your hands, so refunds are measured by when you ask relative to the day your access opened.
A bundle, such as all three core skills or all five courses, counts as one purchase. The rules below apply to the bundle as a whole.
Refund by timing

| Before your access is opened | 100% of the fee paid, less the network fee for sending it back |
| Within 3 days of your access opening | 90% of the fee paid (a 10% processing fee applies), less the network fee |
| More than 3 days after your access opened | No refund |
Refunds do not depend on your trading results. The courses are educational, and losses or gains in your own trading are not grounds for a refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid in USDT, on the same network and to the same wallet address you paid from. The amount is calculated in USDT, not in the value of any other currency on the day of the refund.
How to request a refund
Send your request through our contact page. Include the course or bundle you bought, the transaction ID of your payment, and the wallet address it came from. We confirm that we have received the request, and which row of the table above applies, before we process it.
